WaterSports Packages
Customer Prices:
- Kayaks cost 30$ per 2 seater kayak for 30 minutes (equivalent to $15 per person)
- Water Bikes 20$ per water bike for 30 minutes
- Water Tricycles will cost 50$ per water tricycle for 30 minutes (equivalent to $25 per person). Each water tricycle can take 2 adults and one child maximum.
- Snorkeling gear (fins & mask) will cost 5$ per pair for 30 minutes
- Transparent boats will cost 40-60$ per person per excursion depending on the route: Prison Island, Mnemba Island & Safari Blue all inclusive.

Employment opportunities & wealth creation for the local community:
For these electric tour bike, we are looking to onboard tour guides from the local Stone Town community through an agency (Wakala) model where the tour will earn up to 10% commission on every tour and will also earn extra income from being an independent Wakala for banks like CRDB, NMB, NBC, etc and mobile companies like Zantel, Tigo, Voda, Halotel & Voda. Our vision is to create and share wealth with local communities where we operate and to transfer skills as well as create employment & wealth opportunities for the local communities.

Sustainable tourism
Our Pedicabs tour bikes are fully electric with zero emission thereby helping to reduce carbon footprint. They can operate a total of 20 hours each before needing to be recharged. In addition we do not use generators for back up power but a small portable solar power plant. Our aim is to promote sustainable tourism.

Digitalization of our heritage
We work closely with relevant authorities to ensure that we provide the right heritage information digitally in any desired language to tourists through the use of innovation to complement our tour guides. We will also adopt the use of QR codes to disseminate information to tourists as all our pedicabs come with free WiFi.

Safety & security measures
All our pedicabs are equipped with GPS & cameras and have geo-fencing to ensure that they can only operate within the approved routes which are visible to the operations team at HQ to ensure the safety of our customers, our tour agents as well as our assets. We also have comprehensive insurance for both customers, agents and assets.

Inclusive for all:
Our Pedicabs tour bikes can be enjoyed by tourists both local & international. Women, men, children and the disabled community as two of our pedicabs enroute, are build purely to cater to this community

Revenue Sharing (3-15%):
Collaboration based on cost sharing & service utilization, ensuring shared profits and mutual growth.
Monthly Rent (To be negotiated with Hoteliers):
Fixed monthly fee for consistent access, providing reliability without revenue dependency.
